HOW TO OPERATE:
Place the "disable pin" into the bottom of the unit, then slide on/off lever to ON and simply hold against attackers body for 5-7 second, it will deliver high voltge causing loss of balance and confusion. It will take sometime for the attacker to recover. Disable the pin so attacker wont take it away from you and use it on you.
HOW TO CHARGE:
A button on the bottom of the unit slides open, you then plug it into the wall and the light will indicate it is charging. |
