A dagger is typically a double-edged blade used for stabbing or thrusting. They often fulfil the role of a secondary defense weapon in close combat. Daggers have been around and in-use as a combat weapon since prehistoric time and are still in-use and consired effective combat weapons today. Daggers differ from knives by their function, daggers are intended primarily for stabbing enemies as opposed to cutting although they are effective choices for both. |
