Seven years after the epic events of the Cell Games saga, Gohan is a now a high-school student, Vegeta continues his training alongside his young son, Trunks, Kuririn lives with his wife, Juuhachigou (Android #18) and daughter, Marron, and Mr. Satan continues his reign as World Champion. With the beginning of a new tournament, Goku returns to Earth along with some mysterious entrants and is introduced to a higher form of Kai, wizards and monsters thought to have disappeared thousands of years ago. Here, the Z-Warriors face off against Majin Buu, as well as the crazy antics of Earth's special forces including the newly introduced second son of Goku, Goten, as well as Goku's toughest new adversary, a young girl named Videl.
