*This is Gamo's hottest man-sized air rifle. The Hunter 1250 with a muzzle velocity of 1250 fps. Most pump action airguns can't reach 800 fps with 10 pumps, but the Hunter 1250 can with one cock of the barrel. The secret of this rifle's power is in its powerplant. It has a bigger and stronger chamber which also doubles as a handle for cocking. The stock is made of a fine selected grade of beech hardwood and then stained walnut. It has a hand carved cheekpiece which gives it a sharper carved dimension. It then receives 5 coats of hand rubbed varnish. A ventilated rubber butt pad is then fitted. Naturally, it has a two stage adjustable trigger. This is not your average air rifle.

The sport of Airsoft started in Japan during the early 1980s. It was illegal to own firearms in Japan but there was a significant interest in them, so a company started producing spring-powered replicas of firearms that fired 6mm, plastic BBs. During the latter part of the 1980s the sport migrated to neighboring countries such as Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines. Airsoft started appearing in North America and Europe during the middle of the 1990's. Airsoft gives people the ability to own a shooting version of their dream gun. Due to the law and the cost, people cannot always own their dream gun, and Airsoft provides you with a realistic replica, and on top of that allows you to be able to shoot that replica (albeit: non-lethal). p>WARNING: This is NOT a toy, this product is for training purposes only! You MUST be 18 years of age to purchase. Minors require parental/guardian supervision to operate.Safety should always be the top concern when using Airsoft products; ALWAYS wear eye and body protection to prevent injury. Do not fire at hard surfaces to prevent riccochet. |
